Mario Giunco, founder and Managing Director Born in Abruzzo, technical studies followed by a stint in the building industry first and later in the interior furnishings industry, in 1989 he gains his entrepreneurial status by joining the Wellness industry with Exar, but with the intention to expand beyond the traditional products. Once he has chosen his line of business – oxygen in non-medical contexts- his idea is strongly hooked on identifying and interpreting the new trends in order to come up with unique oxygen systems to support the evolution of both Western and emerging markets.

Rossana Ascione, Customer Service The customers’ interface. She networks and keeps up with the firm’s contacts, she answers the unrelenting numbers of questions and tests the products trying to anticipate the demands of the final user. Multilingual and a graduate, she travels around on behalf of Exar personally supervising the installation of its showrooms and explaining the applications of Exar’s systems.

Gabriella Giunco, Personnel Training Psychology graduate, researcher, she studies new product concepts and use situations, she attends all the events where Exar is present, thus supporting the company’s communication. .

Mario Zucchini, Project manager In charge of Exar’s line, where design, systems modules, outstanding technology and materials are concerned. He makes sure that all the products meet Exar’s high quality standards.
